Cooks Children's
Every child deserves health care designed just for them. At Cook Children's, they're more than a health care system––they're friends, neighbors and even family members. From pediatricians to specialists they take care of kids from head to toe. Whether it's check-ups, injuries or serious illnesses, when kids come to Cook Children's they are supported, and cared.

Step 1: Add all the items to each bag
The inventory list below states the quantity of each item that needs to go into the provided organic cotton drawstring bags. Please leave the markers out of the bag. They are for decoration only!
Note: If you feel an item is missing, please note it on the inside of the box for the staff. You may have a few extras of some of the items. Please feel free to keep these in the box for the return shipment.
