We Are Butte County

First, we want to say thank you for the immense support this campaign has already received. Tens of thousands have been displaced, over 20 have passed away, and communities are in ruins as California's most destructive fire on record wreaks havoc. The support many have shown through the purchase of a shirt, the donation of funds, or a simple share has made an immense impact.

The campaign and the design highlights some of the areas that are dear and emotional losses to all. The iconic Honey Run bridge. The adventure of the Flumes. And the communities of Paradise and Magalia. The design was also created to incorporate the most important part of these areas... the people: We Are Butte County. Each design is left with the icon of the Honey Run Bridge, a 240 ft covered bridge that has stood since 1886.All the proceeds of the campaign will be delivered to the following organizations that are on the ground making an impact in the area:

• The North Valley Animal Disaster Group
• The Red Cross of Butte County
• The Crisis Center group that is supporting a collection of families that have lost everything in the fire

As these fires continue to burn, WeHero will continue to look for opportunities to reach out and support.
