You may be familiar with our browser extension, HeroTab. We love talking about how easy it is to take something that people do every day (opening tabs) and convert it into donations, without costing the end-user a penny.Here at WeHero, we are constantly looking for new ways to increase our impact. In an effort to act upon that mission, we recently made an addition... HeroTab for Microsoft Edge!

‍As a quick refresher, HeroTab transforms your “new tab” page. Each time you open a tab, you are greeted with a new image, the amount raised, and a small banner ad. We collect ad revenue from the page and use it to donate to the causes you are supporting. HeroTab provides an easy and transparent way to ensure that 100% of the money you raise (just by web browsing!) is donated to the nonprofits you care about.Pretty incredible, right? We think so.

Now, with HeroTab available on three different platforms, we can not wait to see how our impact grows. Just like the Chrome and Firefox versions, our Microsoft Edge version will utilize ad revenue to raise money for the causes you choose to support.
